What did you enjoy about your Luella’s Boudoir experience?
The friendly, relaxed atmosphere in the shop and the inspiration all the beautiful things in there provided!
Any bits of advice for brides-to-be, or things you would do differently for your wedding?
Make lots of lists – as well as helping with the organisation, it’s really satisfying crossing things off as you get them done!
We had such a perfect day but the only thing we forgot was to tell our guests to sign the guest book, so only a few people knew it was even there.
What was your favourite part of your big day?
It was all so amazing but one memory that really stands out for both of us was looking out of the back of the car as we drove off at the end of the night to see all our guests waving sparklers in the darkness.
What do you love about being married?
Apart from sharing the memory of the best day of our lives, being married has definitely made us feel stronger as a couple. It’s really nice knowing there is this invisible bond holding you together as your own little family.
Any other tips, advice, memories, anything you would like to add?
Just make sure you plan the most perfect day for you as a couple. Everyone will have their opinion about what you should or shouldn’t do but you only get to do this once and it should be your day, so plan everything with that in mind. And, if you can afford a videographer, it is a great way to look back on the day and see all the bits you missed because you were busy having your photo taken!
